Does PicHive delete or move my photos?

Never. It only adds photos to albums in Apple Photos. Anything it added can be undone from History.

What does Leave do?

Leave keeps a photo out of albums. It counts as sorted and won't be suggested again. The photo stays in your library.

Why didn't a planned album fill straight away?

iPhone doesn't let apps act the moment a photo is taken. Photos are added the next time you open PicHive, or in background time when iPhone allows it.

Some photos aren't analyzed yet

Photos stored only in iCloud are looked at on Wi-Fi. If you're on cellular, or Low Data Mode or Low Power Mode is on, they wait. Settings → Photo analysis shows how many are waiting.

Does it work on iPad and Mac?

Yes. One subscription covers iPhone, iPad and Mac, and your choices sync through your own iCloud.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In PicHive, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Or open your Apple Account settings on any device.

Counts look wrong

Settings → About → Rebuild library index rereads your library from scratch. Your albums, choices and History aren't affected.
